•Assist patients with developing the skills needed to fully recover from addiction
•Offer patients medication management
•Provide medical reviews as needed
•Provide treatment for various drug, alcohol and tobacco addiction
Requirements and Qualifications:
•Preferred IM, FM or ED board certified
•EMR software experience
•Current CSR Certificate and U.S. DEA Substance Registration Certificate
•Must have DEA X Number (we will help you obtain this if needed)
•Prior experience with chemical dependency treatment preferred but not
